President

Celestia Garner

Celestia has been working in the BA field for over 20 years. She started her career in development and then moved to the BA role to better utilize her skills in strategy and solutions. These skills paired with her background in development help her provide expert support for her clients. She has worked at the STG consulting firm for over 16 years and is currently in the role of Solutions Architect helping with discovery for new business. 
 
Outside of work, she volunteers for several local organizations, including serving as the President of the IIBA Utah Chapter. She is passionate about music and spends her free time at plays or music concerts, particularly supporting the local Utah music scene. She is even occasionally spotted out singing karaoke or sing-alongs with friends. She also loves food and wine, frequently attending pairings, tastings, and dining events.

Tracie Edwards

Tracie has been a Business Analyst for over 20 years, working in various industries. She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional, a Professional Scrum Master 1, has a Certificate in Project Management, a Masters Degree in Enterprise Architecture, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Leadership. Tracie is also the Founder and CEO of Traceability Coaching and host of Traceability Podcast*.

 

In her spare time, Tracie is an avid reader, a foodie, a sports fan, and the world's best Aunt. She also serves as VP of Marketing for the IIBA Utah Chapter.

Andrew Syme 
 
Andy is a senior business analyst with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, data analytics, and financial reporting across technology, education, and enterprise organizations. He currently works in Salt Lake City supporting large‑scale business systems and decision‑support initiatives, with a strong focus on translating complex data into actionable insights.
Andy brings a deep analytical background to his role as Treasurer, including years of hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial oversight. His professional work spans business intelligence architecture, process improvement, and stakeholder‑driven analysis, complemented by long‑standing volunteer leadership roles involving fiscal responsibility and governance.
He is passionate about advancing the business analysis profession, supporting the local IIBA community, and ensuring transparent, well‑managed chapter finances that enable meaningful programming and professional growth for members.

Secretary

Gwen Bradley

Gwen is a Pacific Northwest native and graduated with a BS in Biological Systems.  Technical documentation, procedures and other analytical skills from her science background easily transferred into the Business Analyst realm.    Gwen has been working for over 20 years in Business Analysis now where she enjoys employing scientific curiosity and passion for helping organizations navigate change.  She is currently working  as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at AgReserves, Inc.
 
When not working, Gwen enjoys spending time with family, camping, taking road trips and reading.
